The Silver Gazebo, James Barnes, Grade 3.

Written for "all my friends in the Lawrence (Kansas) Civic
Band," this very melodious traditional march conjures visions of the heyday of
the great town bands in Mid-America. The "Silver Gazebo" is the Kelly
Bandstand in South Park, where the Lawrence Civic Band has been performing
every summer since 1878.
